LISA LANDIS~  KCB is working hard behind the scenes getting ready for our 2nd annual KCB Live From the Junction Center Christmas Concert.  This is an extra special concert as it our KCB Christmas CD Release Party!   The concert is SOLD OUT, but we will bring you the concert live on the radio 10-11am tomorrow morning.  The 11am Request Hour is all about what YOU want to hear!  Listen to win KCB Christmas CD’s.  We will also pull ornaments from the KCB studio Christmas Tree to win prizes.

And we have some very special guests dropping by the studio in the 11am hour.  The Valdez family of Kairos Ministries will join us.  The are looking for donations to bring the Christmas holiday to people living at the Kairos House in Guatemala over this Christmas season.  Plus, they are selling Jordan Buckwalter’s HELD CD.  He is donating 100% of the proceeds to Kairos Guatemala.  Listen at 11:20am and 11:40am for more information on how you can bless Kairos Ministires this Christmas.

LISA LANDIS~ It’s my 30th high school reunion this weekend.  What a perfect excuse to celebrate The Big 80’s on KCB!  The 10 ‘clock Theme Party this Saturday morning will feature songs from Bob & Larry Sing the 80’s, Steve Taylor, Daniel Amos, Amy Grant, Pure NRG, TobyMac, Jump 5 and more!

9:30 – Brunch with Dr. Teague – “LBC of the Future” – must register for this event.

11 AM – afternoon – Food booths

12:30 PM – Charger men’s soccer vs Morrisville State College (NEAC) The Homecoming Queen will be crowned at halftime.

LISA LANDIS~Hi Kids Cookie Breakers!  How is school?  I think it’s safe to say that everyone who is school age is now back to school.  We will be taking you to music class this Saturday with a visit from Music Together.  What is Music Together?  Music Together is an internationally recognized early childhood music program for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergartners, and the adults who love them.

Music Together® classes are based on the understanding that all children are musical. All children can learn to sing in tune, keep a beat, and participate with confidence in the music of our culture, provided that their early environment supports such learning.
