KCB Pop Up Party at Highland Presbyterian Special Needs Egg Hunt

LISA LANDIS~ Hi Kids Cookie Breakers.  Spring has sprung and so has Winter Storm Toby!  No matter what the weather brings Easter is just around the corner.  We are celebrating the season this weekend with our special needs friends who signed up for the egg hunt at Highland Presbyterian Church Lancaster.  A KCB Party is Popping up Saturday 9-noon in the fellowship hall at Highland Presbyterian Church.  THE EGG HUNT IS NOW CLOSED.  You had to pre-register.  You can still stop by the KCB table featuring FREE goodies like Chick-fil-A cookies, games, giveaways and door prizes, plus live requests with chances to talk on the radio!

Highland Presbyterian Church is located at 500 East Roseville Road Lancaster, PA 17601.

KCB Happenings March 17th

LISA LANDIS~ Happy St. Patrick’s Day KCBers.  Tomorrow’s 10 o’clock Theme Party celebrates with music!  Listen for songs in the 9am hour to celebrate Spring (arriving this Tuesday).  I have to leave early tomorrow so Miss Jenn will play your KCB song favorites from 11-noon.

What you need to know about KCB episode March 10th

LISA LANDIS~Good Day Kids Cookie Breakers.  Here is what you need to know for tomorrow’s show.  From 9-10am we will mix up the songs to celebrate Pi Day (coming up 3/14/18) & Daylight Saving Time (this Sunday, March 11).  Listen in for the KCB Scripture Memory Song of the Week and the weekly Birthday song (going out to everyone celebrating a birthday!), plus the Cookie Song of the Week!

The 10 o’clock Theme Party welcomes guests involved with The Tree House Lititz community playground project.  Lititz Church of the Brethren has partnered with Play by Design to build a beautiful, custom-made playground for every single child in Lititz and the surrounding communities. The Tree House will be a place where children of all abilities will feel included, valued, heard, and able to play safely. A short walk from Lititz Springs Park and across the street from Warwick High School, the Tree House will be open from dawn until dusk every day of the year. Details on how you can be a part of the project AND we’ll play songs from a special CD compilation that is celebrating The Tree House project and helping to raise funds.  Visit treehouselititz.com for more information.

This weekend on KCB

LISA LANDIS~ Hi Kids Cookie Breakers.  I can’t believe it’s already the weekend!  KCB is excited to bring you another live show from the KCB studio 9-noon Saturday morning.

This weekend KCB features, “Love Songs KCB Style”.  Listen in for songs like “His Cheeseburger Lovesong”, “Enchanted Love”, “I Love My Lips”.  You get the idea!  We have PLENTY of silly love songs to celebrate Valentine’s Day coming up this Wednesday.

The 10 o’clock Theme Party features special guests (Kay Weaver Gibbs, Claire Gibbs, Heather Volpe &  some of her many talented kids) with details on the upcoming Rose and Shamrock festival coming to the Lancaster Convention Center February 16-18, 2018. roseandshamrock.org has all the details.  The Paloma Irish Arts Foundation is pleased to be hosting the festival. This premier event will host Celtic Bands, Celtic Living History and several competitions including an Irish Dance Competition.

LISA LANDIS~ Hi Kids Cookie Break friends.  Thanks for stopping by kidscookiebreak.com.  We have a fun-filled show coming to your radio this Saturday morning, January 13th.  I hope you can join us!
