LISA LANDIS~ KCB has been entertaining, educating and empowering kids now for 25 years!  Over those many years we’ve met countless cool kids of all ages and from all walks of life. 

To celebrate 25 years we’ve just launched the KCB Cookie Conversations Podcast. Conversations have been a big part of the show since the beginning. We’ve taken you on KCB Radio Field Trips, hosted live Pop Up Parties, featured contests like Show and Tell that took us into kids homes and hobbies, hosted concerts, emceed the kids tent at the Creation Festival, and welcomed so many guests & musicians from the community into the studio.

The weekly show featuring KCB Theme Parties, Gwenda Gumshoe Girl Detective episodes, the KCB Request Hour, and more first took to the airwaves September 4, 1999. KCB Fest, a music festival for kids, launched in 2012 with our latest KCB Fest coming your way August 24, 2024.

THANKS to all of you who have been with us for all 25 years and to everyone else who has joined the fun since then! There would be no Kids Cookie Break without YOU entering contests, requesting songs, coming out to KCB Fest, and taking part in everything else we do.

The first episode of “Cookie Conversations” listens back to 3 clips of conversations I had as part of the, KCB Radio Field Trip Feature. Episode #2 listens back to four KCB Show & Tell features.

I have big plans to bring you archived, as well as new conversations as part of Cookie Conversations. Maybe YOU will be a guest on our next podcast episode!

A KCB Party is popping up at the Align Life Ministries’ Move for Life Event on Saturday, May 11th here at The Junction Center in Manheim. It’s a 5k run, or a 1 mile walk, followed by a celebration party with food vendors, free snacks, plus a fun zone. Registration opens at 7:30am. The 5k steps off at 9:00am and the walk at 9:30am. Kids Cookie Break live on location with giveaways. Be sure to listen to KCB to hear what God is doing through Align Life Ministries.

Our largest fundraiser of the year, this Jesus-honoring, fun-filled event makes a difference in the lives of moms, dads, and babies in our communities.  Join us for a scenic 5K run or 1 mile walk followed by a celebration party with food, inflatables, entertainment, and more!  The event is rain or shine.

Event: An easy 1 mile walk, great for families. Strollers welcome.

Event: A 5K road run through the scenic farmlands of Manheim. Bring your strollers and your wagons. Runners will be timed by chipped bibs and prizes will be awarded accordingly.

The PA Family Travel Fair is coming to John Bonfield Elementary School, 101 N Oak Street in Lititz on Saturday, April 27th from 9 am to 3 pm.

The PA Family Travel Fair is a free family event designed to bring Pennsylvania destinations and attractions together with families so they can see all the amazing vacation and getaway opportunities there are in PA!

No sales, just lots of free information and fun children’s activities. In addition to all the free information, exhibitors will have raffle drawings for passes to attractions, family getaways, and more!

There will be entertainment for the entire family! Rain or shine.
