Kids Cookie Break Fest
Saturday, August 23rd
Enjoy two outdoor stages with performances from Phredd, First Capital Drumline, Forgotten Friend Reptile Sanctuary, Erick Hershey’s Country Conjuring Magic, The Music Podcast for Kids (Mr. Henry & Mr. Fite),Cissy & the Man, The DKers, and This Way Up.
Activities include bounce houses, covered wagon rides, Spooky Nook gymnastics, Demuth Foundation Art-Making Fun, barrel train rides, chalk art, interactive vendor tents, carnival games, The BalunGuy, food trucks, and more!
Purchase a boxed meal to help offset the cost of the fest. Meals include a Chick-fil-A sandwich or wrap, Herr’s chips, applesauce, a Chick-fil-A cookie, and a drink.
The deadline to purchase boxed meals is Monday, August 11th at 5:00pm.
Boxed meals will NOT be available for purchase at the event.
Please bring pantry items or condiments to donate to Water Street Mission.

This year’s Youth Savings Celebration and embark on a family focused financial wellness adventure filled with savings and activities! During this event, Everence will give a small deposit to kids who make a deposit into their new or existing youth savings account. Stop by the Everence® Federal Credit Union branch at 2160 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster on Saturday, August 9, anytime between 9:00 a.m. to noon for a morning of fun, learning, and family-friendly activities!
This free event also invites youth to explore savings through an interactive Financial Reality Fair hosted by Everence, giving youth the ability to act like a grown-up! They select a job and find out how much money they would earn each month. Then, they decide how best to spend it—on things like a place to live, food, clothes, and getting around. This Financial Reality Fair helps kids learn how to make smart choices with money, just like adults do.
Plus, kids who complete the Financial Reality Fair will receive a free donut from the W Donuts food truck as a reward for their journey! Attendees can also enjoy live broadcasts from the WJTL Kids Cookie Break Pop-Up Party from 10am-12noon, plus crafts, a scavenger hunt, giveaways, and more!Add to calendar

Everyone is invited to Nolt’s Family Fun Day on Saturday, July 26th from 9:00am to 1:00pm at their Myerstown location (400 W. Lincoln Ave., Myerstown).
See a Ryan and Friends show staritng at 9:45am. Take a tour of the Keystone volunteer fire truck. Grab a bite to eat or a drink from City Edge Coffee while the kids play on one of the inflatables (toddlers obstacle course, and a 5-in-1 hot air balloon bounce house), and play corn hole. Meet the Dairy Princess, enjoy free soft serve ice cream, free T-Shirts (while supplies last), free face painting, and more!

Historic Rock Ford is thrilled to host Lafayette during the bicentennial of his original trip to Lancaster, PA in July 1825.
